A Climate of Change reveals how Africa’s people can adapt to the harsh impacts of global warming and significantly contribute to mitigating its effects through innovative, simple systems of farming and sustainable development. These systems are saving lives, increasing prosperity and protecting the continent’s biodiversity. This highly effective approach is starting a 'climate of change', a small revolution in Africa, that, if sufficiently supported, could help prevent some of the worst suffering and environmental devastation that is so frequently reported from this fragile continent. Change in today’s world is key to survival. We all need to change behaviours if we are to mitigate, and adapt, to the impacts of global warming. This film aims to inspire everyone to do this through its reflection on how people can benefit from caring for the environment in which they live, and on which they depend.
