“Does it ever rain at this time?” is a short film showing the actual impacts of unexpected and unusually heavy rain that devastated crops in Akole region of Ahmednagar district in Maharashtra. It is an attempt to show what we are up against by showing the actual impact of climate variability as faced by farmers in rural areas.
