Synopsis:
In Nepal, water resources are rich and plentiful; however, this does not mean the water is safe to drink. Flood of Change is an engaging documentary that shares the story of three youth and their movement to take action against water, sanitation and hygiene issues. The story begins with the creation of Paschim Paaila, a youth network that responded to a cholera epidemic that claimed hundreds of lives. Inspired to action, the members of Paschim Paaila work tirelessly to promote healthy behaviours in their communities, encourage other youth to participate, and take on leadership roles that promote education about water, sanitation and hygiene.
