                    Synopsis:
Massive floods left hundreds of thousands of people in the Sindh province of Pakistan stranded, waiting for army helicopters and humanitarian agencies to reach them with aid. They then fled, sometimes walking for days, to seek shelter in camps or spontaneous settlements. The sheer magnitude of the crisis seems almost unimaginable, yet life cannot be put on hold in these troubled times and conditions are particularly difficult for newborns. Those who came to the world during the floods will always be a reminder of this catastrophy, but will also come to symbolize resilience and unwavering will to survive.
