Maya, a midwife (25 years), accompanies the journey of Susilawati (35 years)'s pregnancy. Susilawati was traumatized after giving birth to two children by Caesarean section and wants to give birth normally. According to medical science, giving birth normally after multiple Caesarean sections cannot be performed due to the risk of uterine rupture and maternal mortality. Susilawati tries every effort and way to give birth normally, although without support from hospitals and doctors. On the other side, Maya has a dilemma, because if she helps Susilawati to give birth, it can violate standard operating procedures of obstetrics in Indonesia.
