Synopsis:
"Lives of Ou River" follows the daily life of Khmu villagers that depend on the vibrant nature and rich biodiversity of the Ou River in Northern Laos. The river originates in China's Yunnan province on the mountain ridge between China and Laos. Villagers in the Ou River Valley still enjoy subsistence living along the well-preserved riverbanks, sustained by the Ou's bountiful drinking water, aquaculture and transportation routes.
