Synopsis:
Santiago, a city that has grown at the expense of the air we breathe. A social activist and a lawyer try to create change, but they face a metropolis that expands without limit in front if the ghost of real estate speculation. The authorities turn a blind eye to the problem, and a poet writes acidic criticism of corruption and poverty. Meanwhile, a city without air moves under a fierce gray cloud.
