Synopsis:
The Fasepardhi are a tribal community found in rural India. These people live in the forest, on hills and near villages. They don't have their own land or house to live in. They are known as born thieves.
They hunt small birds and beg in villages and on streets. Apart from this, some of them are thieves. But not all. Police and people of the society treat everyone as thieves.
No one gives them a job. Police arrest them as suspects in crimes. In this situation, how do their children feel? When police arrest their parents without any proof, how do they react?
Fasepardhi are also religious and superstitious in nature. They do their religious ceremonies at any cost. This documentary shows the real life events and stories of this unfortunate tribe, which is not considered human in rural India.
Even as children face harassment from the police and villagers, they still love their nation. They still want to serve their motherland and society.
Innocently, they think that if they become a cop, everything will be well, as they always see that cops are strong and have power. Their innocence and the reality of their life is the story "I want to be a Cop".
