A documentary whose main characters are the landscapes and the pastures of Trentino (Italy) and of Suceska in the Srebrenica Municipality (Bosnia and Herzegovina), the people and the animals living there. Building on the experience gained during the years in the Srebrenica area, Roberta Biagiarelli has made a road movie to tell of the transfer and delivery of fifty heifers from the Rendena Valley (TN) to the families of Suceska-Srebrenica (Eastern Bosnia) and the project development on the territory. An exemplary and outstanding act of solidarity starting from Gianni Rigoni Stern’s competence and first-hand experience in order to concretely fix the damages left on the ground by the war and restore the conditions for an opportunity for the rural future of those Bosnian communities which are still in deep water, fifteen years after the end of the war. An invaluable transfer of knowledge tied to the pace of the land from an Italian plateau - the Asiago plateau - to a Bosnian plateau. A road movie which shows a direct and effective solidarity, for a regeneration of values, exchanges and positive relationships among fellow countrymen and women living in different geographical areas.
