Synopsis:
River Ghaghra flows across Indian state Uttar Pradesh and passes through its few districts. Bahraich is one of them. Many villages have lived all along its course for ages. For various reasons, the river's path regularly changes. Satellite pictures show that the river's path changed by almost 3 kilometers in a span of about 5 years and still continues to do so. Rainy season is the worst time when river ravages its embankments and forced villagers to vacate their abodes and land holdings. After losing their homes and livelihood, completely shattered villagers migrate to any place to restart their lives from zero. This short film depicts the plight of these villagers.
