A short documentary that looks into how people are taking matters into their own hands to fight the gulf oil spill in innovative and creative ways, "Oily Hair" was produced by Indrani Kopal and Simon De Swardt as part of a documentary Fellowship program of the George Washington University documentary center. The program is the 2010 International Emerging Documentary Film-makers Fellowship.
