TALK: A given system of counselling is the result of a certain line of thought and observation that eventually develops into a system of theory and practice. But human life and its real issues do not necessarily follow our idea of them. Life moves organically and unless we get to its roots, its secret springs from which it derives impetus we cannot really do much except a temporary alleviation of suffering. Here we discuss some of the spiritual practices rooted in a deeper and holistic understanding of life and its deeper purpose. The current virus pandemic is accompanied by a less visible but also very acute psychological and mental health crisis.
