On September 4, 1937, Ignace Reiss was found riddled with bullets near Lausanne in Switzerland. It was a Soviet secret agent who decided to break with Stalin, horrified by the purges that led to the death of the leaders of the Bolshevik revolution. Four NKVD teams set out to find him to assassinate him!
