Synopsis:
“Otok Tajni (Isle of Secrets)†is a sort of documentary travelogue about the isle of Vis, which is different from all other islands by its anti-affirmativeness. Our anti-tourist guide through Vis history and geography was SiniÅ¡a BrajÄić. SiniÅ¡a BrajÄić was born on the isle of Vis, and he is a great admirer of this island. At the same time, he is the most pessimistic and the most negative creature that has ever lived on this beautiful island. Everything unnerves SiniÅ¡a. He is unable to see even the slightest trail of hope on the horizon, which is in contrast with the undeniable physical beauty of the isle of Vis. We visited Vis twice; once in summer, at the peak of the tourist season, and once again in the middle of winter. We lived with SiniÅ¡a and let him guide our camera all over the island in order to revel the secrets of this isle....
