Synopsis:
While the fish from industrial trawlers circle the Earth, Knut Garshol in Kristiansund, Norway hardly survives by making clip fish in the old traditional way. The worldwide organization called Slow Food can help him, but then Knut will have to share his valuable secrets with competitors. Slow Food encourages small producers to join forces to save our environment with their eco-friendly production. However, for the competitors in business, cooperation is definitely not their first choice.
