Synopsis:
Three friends meet in a bar and start talking about cars, holidays, energy and diet. Business as usual until the waitress serves the bill.... “The Bill” was developed in the context of a screenplay competition of the independent development and environmental organization Germanwatch e.V. regarding the topics of climate change and climate justice. The main issue of the this film is the relationship between the perpetrator of climate change (the industrial countries) and the main affected ones (the development countries). Funded by the ministry of Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
