Synopsis:
Human beings pollute the environment and don’t think of the awful consequences to follow. The villagers were using the river water for drinking and other domestic needs, but later the once-agile river turns into grey, sullen, rubbish pile. Children do not swim in the river with the same enthusiasm as before, because of skin diseases caused from doing so. By the following the story of the “Backwater”, the film shows that all the particles of nature are intertwined, and any missing ring will shatter the whole chain.
