Synopsis:
This is a beautiful story about people who love and take care of animals every day. Today in Armenia, there is serious problem with stray animals - in particular with dogs. The attitude of most people against stray animals is very hostile and there are only few people who care for them. Katya is an old woman, who loves the homeless dogs as if they were her children. She works in a little shop at the railway station where many stray dogs roam around. Katya cares and feeds them, and worries who will take care of her dogs after she stops working. One of Katya’s customers is an old man, Seyran, who also loves animals too - in particular birds and fishes. Seyran’s little granddaughter, who from early age witnesses the kind way Katya and Seyran treat animals, is already following their example. The film shows that animals deserve respect and that we can start changing our ways to treat animals well, if we take the right people as our examples.
