“On Sacred Ground” follows the fight of American Indian nations and their supporters to overcome ignorance through legislative efforts, hitting the pavement, and informing those who have no idea of the damage being done by their very presence. Bear Butte, Bear Lodge (Devil’s Tower), and Huntington Beach housing project are the focus of this film. American Indian Nations are asking for RESPECT in their spiritual beliefs, burial sites, and prayer sacred sites.
