Synopsis:
As the sea levels rise steadily year after year, the Netherlands - a country which exists below sea level and whose very existence is claimed from the sea - is forced to rethink its relationship with the waters that surround it. Traditional strategies increasingly seem invalid as the whole nation comes together in developing a radical action plan that turns three centuries of flood engineering on its head.
