Synopsis:
This documentary explores the polemics generated around the European Organization for Nuclear Research Power (CERN) and its most important experiment, the Large Hadron Collider, or LHC.
In September 2008, after 25 years of planning and construction, this unique experiment was switched on for the very first time, generating with it, huge controversy around the world.
This film is therefore a review of the different opinions that surrounded the LHC, including those from environmental, social, and religious groups, as well as the top scientists at CERN.
Currently the Large Hadron Collider is working on full-powered collisions, since March 2010, and the results from these collisions are being analyzed by top scientists across the world.
