Synopsis:
Jyotirgamaya: Lead me to the Light...
Under the dark corners of railway bridges, dangerously close to the railway tracks, on the streets and garbage heaps of Guwahati are many small, innocent lives. Five years ago, a Catholic priest decided to build a little world to change that with complete faith in the healing power of Love. He named this world 'Snehalaya', meaning 'A Home Of Love'.
The film portrays these two radically different worlds and the spirit of thought that bridges them. It vividly captures the journey of these small children from the world of atrocities to the Home of Love and the transformation it brings in their lives as they prepare to face the outside world yet again, with the courage of tiny dreams blooming in their little hearts.
This film is a story of these 175 children and their dedicated caretakers, walking together the path of the Light...
