Synopsis:
This documentary film tells the story of a big urbanity change of a valley in Prague, Czech Republic, during 2004-2008. A small chapel is the only trace of a now-disappeared village, called Radlice. The biggest Czech bank CSOB, decided to build their new headquarters here for 2,000 employees. This new vision respects the values of sustainable development. The film follows the process of realization of the largest green building in Czech Republic, which was awarded for its architectural and environmental qualities (grand prix 2008 of Czech architecture, award of the Czech ministry of environment, international golden LEED, etc.).
