Synopsis:
In “Kilowatt Oursâ€, film-maker Jeff Barrie traces electricity from the light switch to the source, revealing the hidden consequences (or not so hidden) of power generation. The story offers a powerful message of hope, as it follows Jeff and his wife Heather on a personal journey to do their part in their home to conserve energy with remarkable results. Then, Jeff goes on a nationwide search for inspiring solutions currently in use across America, to reduce energy usage and tap green forms of renewable energy like wind and solar.
