Synopsis:
'Robber of the Cruel Streets' is a drama/documentary which tells the story of George Muller. As a young man in Germany, he was involved in crime, but became a Christian and moved to England. His new faith in God inspired him to do something practical for the welfare of Bristol's orphans who lived on the streets. He built and ran orphanages for them where they were well cared for, educated and prepared for adult life at no cost. He saved many thousands from a life in the gutter, and gave them hope and purpose. His work continues today around the world.
