Synopsis:
This film depicts the scenes of extraordinary nature in the Northern Caucasus, where halfway towards the majestic peak of Mount Elbrus, the seminar of the Institute for the Cultivation of the Inner States took place in 2008. Participants of that seminar gathered together from different places of Russia, Ukraine and Lithuania with the aim of finding common balance and joy. They acknowledged all the difficulties of the ascent to the higher states of being, however, they made that aim the predominant goal of their striving. The leader of that seminar, Arkady Rovner, comments on the principles of the spiritual practices of the group he is involved in, and his speech is outlined as the keynote of the film.
