Synopsis:
"The World According To Brian" is a half-hour long video examining the life views of Brian McDonnell, who is variously regarded as an iconoclast, a savior, a genius, a rogue, a pacifist, a mind-reader, a storyteller, a manipulator, and a philosopher. "The World According to Brian" reveals the many sides of this man through wide-ranging conversations with him and the reactions of others to him.
As Brian has done in his life, the video travels through a variety of environments, from a seedy park bench in downtown Los Angeles to a spacious Bel Air kitchen, from the White House to a Philadelphia truck stop, from barrios to boardrooms.
Brian McDonnell is a man who has always dared to live without barriers or limits to either the experiences he takes in or the empowerment he generously gives out.
His virtues and his foibles are ordinary ones, but in him they are writ large. He embraces every aspect of life and never ceases to remain fully engaged. It is this attitude, coupled with his intricate intelligence and enduring curiosity, that has enabled him to touch so many different people so profoundly.
