Melinda Camber Porter graduated from Oxford University with a degree French. She went to Paris as the cultural correspondent for The Times of London. In Paris for ten years and in New York for 25 years, she was a constant spokesperson for French Culture. The French Cultural Embassy embraced her love of French Culture, and sponsored this film on her love of French Culture along with the US-touring National Exhibition of her art and writings.
