A. Ramana of AHAM Ashram in Tiruvannamalai, South India shares with spiritual seekers his thoughts on Awareness. If there is a problem, it is that we don't recognize our true nature. What is true spiritual work? Simply to make the distinction between "I-Me-My-Mine" and the Awareness that sees and hears it. The "I-Me-My-Mine" is the mind and simply the record of experience. Make the distinction between Awareness and Mind. It is the same for us as Moses who got it that I AM THAT I AM, no different from the Source, from Awareness. The Highest Purpose of life is to realize who we really are. So there is nothing to do? No. What about life? Everyone needs to be somewhere, someplace so participate as the Awareness, Existence-Consciousness without a struggle.
