Synopsis:
Learn how to develop a more intimate relationship by sustaining loving curiosity with one another. The central objective of this film is to entice the viewer to apply the theme of the video to their personal life through inquiry and personal integration: What feeling and need do you most want your partner to understand more deeply? Ask if your partner is open to taking 5-10 minutes to listen as you express what you most feel and need, without interruption. Ask them to stay soft and say things like, "I'd love to hear what you mean by that." If you feel they’ve missed anything, with kindness, let them know what you’d like them to better understand. After you’ve expressed your feelings and needs, your partner mirrors what was heard. This requires empathy, humility, and setting of his or her own needs aside. Thank them for listening compassionately.
