Synopsis:
Guided meditation is a practice individuals can do by themselves or with a group. The main objective of this meditation is to entice the viewer to apply the theme to their own lives by doing the inquiry and personal integration: Where is your body most tense? What are the feelings that come up when you sense into your heart? Can you envision, sense, or think of times in your life that you felt deeply loved? The meditation guides the listener through sensing various parts of the body, while breathing and contacting the heart. The contemplation for the viewer is to determine the predominant emotion one is experiencing in the moment, and how to hold that feeling and allow it to coexist with love and a healing presence.
