Learn how to create a safe container for your anger without suppressing it or acting it out. This is an act of great transformation. The main objective of this film is to entice the viewer to apply this theme in their own lives and to do the inquiry and personal integration: Ask gently, what are the anger-related feelings that are most significant in my life? What are the needs underneath this anger? It can be done alone or with another. Take a few minutes to contemplate and answer the question. Let yourself remember the moments when you have been most triggered. Be as loose as possible and express or even exaggerate the aggressive feelings. Recognize that you are doing this practice to create safety, harmlessness, and strength. The more you can experience the fullness of your anger the greater chance that you can see it clearly and transform it.
