Synopsis:
Martin Hasle (28) became multi-handicapped after a car accident 9 years ago. He now has severe brain damage and can no longer move or speak, but he communicates through a computer that he handles with his left thumb. He lives in a nursing home and is 100% dependent on help 24 hours a day. But he does not get such help, so most of the time he spends alone, waiting. The only people who come to visit are his parents and a social worker, Bente, who seems to have her own agenda with Martin.
