Synopsis:
This documentary is the first close look at the lives of positive women who belong to families that have no assets...particularly of land and education. In Rajasthan's villages,many have lost their husbands to AIDS. After their deaths, the widows and children are forgotten and neglected. HIV/AIDS has not only destroyed their their families, it has intensified their poverty. Central and state government schemes for the poor could have been a safety net, but they are not available. The film attempts to bring out the issues of poverty and its link to the lack of access to services by positive women.
