Synopsis:
Semih is an 18 year old Turkish boy who was born and grew up in Germany. The effort that his family puts in ensuring that he is attached to his Turkish roots, contrasts the other part of his life where he is in contact with the German society. His friend Tamer, whom he got to know through an exchange program, is a student at the German High School in Istanbul. He got the opportunity to visit Germany during summer vacations. What are the differences between being a Turk in Germany and in Turkey? This film leads us through a journey that brings these two friends together in Istanbul and shows the differences and resemblances between their lives, goals, and dreams.
