Synopsis:
Kola Peninsula, Varzuga village: The road was built here. Inhabitants of a distant village tell us how the outside world influences the village's originality. How to survive in the modern world without loosing something that has held this northern land for ages? Priest Mitrophan used to command the ships on Northern Fleet and now he reconstructs temples of the Kola Peninsula. He shared with us his thoughts about the village's destiny, and people's characters and faith, which is strengthened by sea challenges.
