Synopsis:
Struggling with her mother's death and relocating to Thailand, everything in 14 year-old Jaidee's life has changed. The American girl has no friends in her new country. She doesn't speak the language. Her father spends all his time volunteering at an Elephant sanctuary. Jaidee is alone. She wants to be strong and accept Thailand as her own, but is she strong enough? It is not until she learns of the King and his love for all Thai people that Jaidee believes she can find the strong heart she is looking for. And she will find it.
