Synopsis:
After having lived alone for 25 years, my grandmother, a proud and meticulous woman of 90, begins a relationship with a foreign caregiver from the other side of the world. The film follows the complex relations between my grandmother and three successive caregivers, as my mother and I attempt to support the fragile connection from collapsing. A humorous look at the world of women who care for and tyrannize each other at one and the same time. Men are absent – whether they choose "to remove themselves from the battlefield" or because fate has taken them before their time. They return only in dreams.
