Synopsis:
Every year, indigenous leaders from all over the world come to the United Nations in New York, to participate to the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues. Viktor Kaisiepo is the representative of Western Papua and comes to defend the rights of his people, colonized by Indonesia since 1969. Viktor's task is thus to try to hedge the protocol to make himself heard by the international community.
