Synopsis:
A film funded by the public, from Xingu to the world. It is a gripping documentary that focuses on the struggle of indigenous peoples for land, respect and environmental preservation. The trigger was the government's decision to deploy the Belo Monte dam, which will affect the way of life of indigenous communities who depend on the Xingu River. Thus, this documentary questions the model of development proposed for the Amazon.
