Synopsis:
Cesira was born in a farmers' village on the Venetian Alps in a winter day of 1911. She witnessed a century of wars and radical changes and spent most of her life in extreme poverty. Cesira is the filmmaker’s grandmother and the stories she tells are a bridge towards "our own cultural heritage."
