"Hollywood to the Holy Woods!" is the journey of Sadhvi Bhagwati Saraswati, who was raised in an American family in Hollywood and graduated from Stanford University. She left America in 1996 to come to Rishikesh, on the banks of Mother Ganga, to finally take Sanyaas (vows of renunciation) and to pledge her life service, purity and devotion. This film is about her spiritual path and what it means for a woman to be a seeker in today's male-dominated world!
