The story of Gil, a philandering husband, who grew up in a family where infidelity was an integral part of conjugal relations. Gil sets off on a documentary journey into the depths of his family's history in search for a solution to break the pattern that seems to have been passed on from one generation to the next. During his courageous journey, he reveals himself as a partner in a monogamous relationship in which the routine is getting difficult for him. He begins to feel the urge to cheat so he goes to a psychologist where he delves into the question. At the same time he begins to analyze the family history as a primary influence. Using humor and lightness we accompany his brave and honest introspection that deals with relationships in general, and in particular between him and his spouse. The movie is decorated with real colorful characters and interesting plot that add to its atmosphere. His grandfather was married at age 74, for the second time, despite his betrayals, and shows no remorse at all for the wild life style. In the meantime his father and mother are facing long-term crisis and divorce, Gil uses the camera to reveal the painful truth of an unhealthy relationship. His grandfather and father are portrayed as characters that influenced Gil's character. He's trying to confront their negative impacts. All the while, his girlfriend debates the question in front of the camera on whether to accept his deceptive ways.
